"Can't Really Fly Huh..."
Jun and Harumi are on their motorcycle, where a rabbit came out of nowhere causing Jun to lose control and get into a crash. Luckily, there was alot of snow so they weren't that hurt. It was pretty funny when Harumi was using the fire from the motorcyle to warm herself. They both think it'll be impossible to find a taxi, but luckily, a taxi comes and Shinchirou and Noe comes out from it. Noe rushes to Jun, while Shinchirou slowly walks up to Harumi and hugs her, shocking everyone. Harumi says that she's okay and apologizes which causes her to cry. They come back home with the taxi, and Shinchirou's parents are both worried. After Shinchirou's mother takes Harumi back in her room, and instead of scolding her like she always does, she comforts her making her feel more like home.
At the school, rumors are spreading around so the teachers decided to suspend Harumi. The teachers decided to not let Harumi play basketball a day early than the actual start date of the suspension. Back in school, Nobuse asks Shinchirou about what happened, but Shinchirou doesn't answer. Later in the afternoon, Noe goes to the place where Shinchirou wrote 'I like you' with rocks but she couldn't see it since it was covered in snow. She then tries to dig through it, but cuts her finger instead. Shinchirous gets into a fight with one of the boys and Noe comes to stop it. Shinchirou then finds Noe in the chicken coop and finds out that Jun's been suspended for a week. Meanwhile, Shinchirou's parents bring Harumi to talk to the the principal. Shinchirou's mother then claims that Harumi is their daughter now and that they'll be taking care of her.
Later at the house, Shinchirou's mother reveals that Harumi isn't her husband's child and asks to forgive her. Harumi is glad she's in a better relationship with Shinchirou's mother. Unlike Harumi, Noe is under her bed sheets feeling down.
