Not being surprised, Hikari and Kei challenged each other to see who can come up with the better festival. I didn't think it would end like how it ended, but it was sweet how Kei went through all that just to make Hikari happy. Okay, maybe he didn't mean to do all that just to make her happy, but who knows.
