"Choice"
So up to this point, basically Miharu and the others learned about the scrolls and planned a way to get them before the Kairoushuu gets a hold of them. The episode before this one, Kouichi and Raimei were ordered to protect Miharu in his room. Before they could be aware, Yoite somehow gets in his room and puts Kouichi and Raimei unconcious. When they wake up on this episode, Kumohira regrets taking his eyes off of Miharu and that he's the cause of this.
Meanwhile, Miharu and Yoite are walking to Yoite's favorite location while Miharu asks him questions whether or not if Yoite is a kira user and if he's doing this for Kairoushuu. Yoite's favorite location happens to be in a wrecked train where in it, they talk about Miharu and Shinrabanshou. Then Yoite asks him for a favor. When Miharu learns how to use the Shinrabanshou, to erase his existence. Shocked to this favor, Miharu then discusses about whether or not if he's even ready to use it for anyone. While talking, they are interupted by Yamase. Miharu then tries to run away while Yoite is using kira on Yamase, but Yoite gets a hold of Miharu's neck and makes him watch. After Yamase dies, Miharu runs away but Yoite quickly gets in front of him. He then gives Miharu three choices. first, don't concern yourself with the hijutsu if it's separated from you. Second, use it for yourself. And lastly, use it to help Yoite. He then tells Miharu if he chooses either the first or the second option, he'll kill his friends with fragment of life force he has put on each of them. Miharu then chooses the last choice saying so that no one dies for him and that he has nothing for those who are nice to him. Then Yoite and Miharu walks back to his house and easily tired from talking more than average, Yoite walks back making sure that their deal should be kept private. When Kouichi, Raimei, and Kumohira comes back, they're shocked to see Miharu so calm when they went everywhere looking for him.
